Data controller

IMALVA Psicología is the controller responsible for processing your personal data.

What data is collected

The site collects no clinical information and has no forms of its own. First contact happens over WhatsApp, where you share only the details you choose to give IMALVA directly. What brings you to therapy is discussed in the initial interview, not on the site.

Sensitive data

Under Mexico's LFPDPPP, health data is sensitive data requiring express written consent. This site avoids collecting health data; anything of that nature you share during sessions is governed by the therapeutic process's own informed consent, not by this notice.

Third-party transfers

The following providers support the site: Meta (WhatsApp, for first contact) and Cloudflare (hosting and cookieless web analytics).

Minors

IMALVA sees clients from age 12. For adolescents, a guardian's signed consent is required, established through initial intake interviews with both the parents and the minor.
